Coffee- Beast or Blessing?
Last week I talked about my 28 day cleanse. I had a hard time giving up coffee, went kicking and screaming against my will, but I did it! There is a lot in the news about coffee lately. Some say it is bad for you and some say it is good. Coffee is very acidic and very addictive. It can affect your adrenal glands and your hormones in a negative manner, not to mention your kidneys and bladder. Caffeine is another concern. Here is a great article that explains all of my concerns.
I have decided to leave the coffee alone and drink green tea in the morning. Once in a while I might have a cup with friends but long term I am letting it go. If you are a coffee drinker you may want to be sure you get plenty of B vitamins.
