Flu Shots- The Natural Way
Did you know that all the flu shots, vaccinations, over use of antibiotics, hand sanitizers, antibacterial sprays and wipes are ruining your immune system? Not to mention the antibiotics used in factory farmed meats. An unhealthy diet is compromising your digestive tract and that too is compromising your immune system. If you have a healthy immune system you don’t need all that. Your body knows how to destroy viruses, cold and flu germs all by itself. All you have to do is feed it properly, get some fresh air and exercise. A healthy lifestyle is all your body needs. It is good to let the kids play in the dirt and touch germs, that is how the body makes it’s own antibodies. Shielding yourself from germs is counterproductive in the long run.
