Spring……ahhhhh!

Spring is stating to show herself. What a wonderful time of year, rebirth, growth and a fresh start! I find it a time to let go of things that no longer serve me and make room for something better. A time to carve out some time to take care of myself and get in touch with Mother Nature. Some suggestions:
Take a walk and breath deeply, smell the spring
Get some sunshine on your body
Practice grounding
Decide to think only positive thoughts
Take up rebounding
Plan and plant a garden, or just a few flowers or herbs
Do a spring cleanse
Sit under a tree and read a book
Love yourself exactly as you are
No matter what time of year it is, it is a good time to eat right, exercise, get a massage and a chiropractic adjustment. The things you do to nurture yourself also nurtures those around you and the universe.
